So today was a rest day, much needed. My muscles were pretty sore this morning. This doesn't surprise me because it has been at least 6 years since I have ran. That and I am officially 80 lbs overweight. Granted I only want to lose 60 lbs. My legs loosened up through the motion of the day and some mild stretching. Ate pretty healthy today until dinner when I had some soda. Tomorrow I will be back up and out running again.
I thank all of those who are giving me good support. You all make it easier to stick with it.
